Beautiful Weather
The previous two winters I have moaned about the below average temperature and the above average rainfall, thought I should comment on the wonderful weather we have had so far this winter. Back to normal? I hope so
This photo was taken this morning on my walk with Shula. Why I am here, I don't think I need to explain, although this photo doesn't show all the people that stopped to talk to me. Not just the sun, the people all say hola, friends driving, slow down and wave, or stop and talk. In England everyone is so busy, that is what is so good on facebook, when you have a few minutes of spare time you can talk to people and they can say what they think.
I am retired and living on the Costa Del Sol with my husband, three cats and Shula. The cats Pippa, Chia and Tich are nearly ten. We also feed two others, a stray called Tommy, and Oliver who really belongs to our spanish neighbour but seems to prefer our food.
Note added : Unfortunately our beloved cat Chia died Christmas Eve 2011, so sad. We have now added another little rescue dog to our family she is called Sky.
Note 2018 : All the cats are gone now just Shula and Sky, our rescue dogs. Spending half our time in Spain and half in UK, dogs love it wherever we are.
Note We have given up the villa in Spain so now we are living in the UK together with Shula and Sky.
Note Shula died 26/10/2023 and Ken 13/1/2024 just me now and Sky.
